During the pre inspection times Anthony was very knowledgeable of the property and was able to answer our questions. On the day of the Auction Anthony was very helpful and thorough in completing all the purchase documents and making sure we understood the process.

Sally was wonderful to work with. We had a few conversations prior to auction that were very honest and transparent. She was personable and didn’t mislead us in the sale of the property, unlike many other agents. We understand that Sally worked on behalf of the vendors however we felt she was pivotal in us successfully purchasing the home.

Jason sold our property in Phillip, ACT. Everything went smoothly, from the initial meeting to set expectations, the listing process, open homes, regular updates/reports and communication (written and verbal), exchange of contracts, and finally settlement date. Although we initially scheduled an auction, the property was sold prior to auction for a price we were very happy with.
