She arranged trades people; supervised them and made sure everything was done without involving me. I was able to have complete confidence in her abilities to get the job done. When auction time came she had followed-up leads and had established great communications with prospective buyers. Everyone was at ease dealing with her, and she went to great lengths to keep people informed and happy with the process.
