William gave me a very accurate and up-to-date market assessment and estimated price for my property, and recommended a great team to furnish it for market. He is a great person as well, and has the perfect motivation for being a real estate agent, always wanting to get the best for his clients. He took me right through from pre-sales assessment to launch to finding the right buyer and negotiating hard for me, and followed through every step of the way right up until settlement. I believe William was the best agent to help me sell me place, and would certainly have him first on my list for future property sales.
