We were very happy with our experience with Peter, Hamish and Brigid at McGrath, both when we purchased our new house and sold our old one. One thing we particularly appreciated was we felt they kept us informed and told us what was going on. It was a challenging time to be selling, given interest rate rises and the time of year, and we felt the team worked hard to give us the best chance possible to get an acceptable price. I had a rather small apartment (below 50m) in a complex that’s undergoing resolution for flammable cladding, so not the most popular set of conditions. Ray proactively suggested what I could do to maximise the appeal of the apartment, went above and beyond to find out more about the cladding situation to assist prospective buyers. As a result we landed on an offer after 4 weeks of first open. Ray also gives regular updates both verbally and via email, always answers his phone when I had a question. Great job Ray!

Well as a private vendor you do not buy or sell a house on a regular basis so when you do it is very important you surround yourself with a professional company that does. I was lucky to contact Peter Chauncy and his team some time ago when we decided to get the ball rolling on selling our family home. At first, we used Peter's rental administration team for a short period of time before we decided to sell and had a truly seamless experience. When time arrived for selling Peter took over and under his guidance, we had a very quick sale with a price that we were very happy with.
