As buyers, he wangled extra money out of us to secure the property but after exchange he promised to do the same when returned as sellers in the future. He was true to his word and I am delighted with the sale price achieved which is well beyond expectations pre listing. Peter facilitated ALL elements of house preparation including trades to fix up minor wear and tear, painters, gardeners and a great stylist.
