Hi all, as a long time builder and part time developer I have bought and sold many properties over the last 30 years. In all that time i have not come across a real estate agent as professional and straight shooting as Peter Chauncy. In the last 2 week's he has sold my sons house in 1 week and a property for me in Naremburn in 2 days at a suburb record. Both well exceeded his estimate to us and our expectations. In an industry where most of the time agents over promise and under deliver on sales revenue, Peter is a breath of fresh air with loads of integrity. If any one out there is considering selling anything in the Crows Nest, Cammeray, Naremburn etc area you would be doing yourself a great disservice not to talk with Peter Chauncy.
