Minutes after your first conversation with Peter, you become aware he knows his stuff. He has been doing this successfully for a long time and understands the market and the mindset of the buyer. His confidence is infectious. Our particular campaign was not an easy one. Our auction was cancelled due to lack of interest and we had a couple of close sales fall through, including two during the cooling-off period. While this is not something you can pin on Peter, we did feel a lot of our difficulty was a result of setting our initial price guide, and expectations, too high.
