Peter & Ty from McGrath Crows Nest recently sold our apartment in Neutral Bay. From start to finish the team were professional, honest and friendly. The decision to sell our apartment after 4 years was a hard one and coupled with the uncertainty of covid we were on the fence for sometime about whether it was the right decision or not.. After meeting with Pete he filled us with confidence that we were making the right decision. He was clear in his communication, he was honest and accurate in his pricing and he was always available. It was obvious to us that Pete and the team have your best interests at heart, we were never pushed or pressured into making a decision that we were uncomfortable with. During the time we had our unit for sale the team were also marketing about a dozen other homes - but every time we needed to talk with Pete he was available and seemed to have all the time in the world - which I am sure wasn't the case! We would speak with either Pete or Ty on a daily basis. We received feedback within minutes of every private inspection or open home, we received emails twice a week outlining the people who had viewed our apartment and their levels of interest - the communication was flawless. Pete and the team were not the cheapest agents we had met with but when it is all said and done that isn't what matters.. what mattered most to us was knowing that the team were doing everything in their control to get us the best price with the least amount of fuss.. and thats exactly what we got.
