From the very first meeting I was fully confident that Ray was the best qualified agent for my sale. Having rented the property through Mcgrath for the last few years, it was a easy decision to also use Mcgrath for the sale of the property. The process was so seemless and effective that within a month of making the decision to sell, the property had been smartened up by various trades & painters, advertised, put on the market and then sold. This was all during the uncertainty created by the Covid lock down.
