He knows the area, the market and both sellers and buyers needs so made it a breeze to sell in what is a relatively flat market at the moment. Nothing was too small or big and he was matter of fact with what was happening and open with what all our options were. Wouldn’t hesitate using Ty again and really happy he was our agent. It was early March 2020 when I decided to go to market, I had planned to go late in 2019 but was dissuaded by another agents estimate on price. I decided to talk to Peter and the understanding of the market and value was much more comprehensive. Once the house hit the market the restrictions on open homes kicked in and auctions were to be an online event. It was obvious that the market would be limited. Following the first open house there was interest and an offer was soon presented. It was at the lower end of the forecast but in the current climate worth considering. As contracts were being prepared Peter approached all other interested parties and advised them of an imminent sale. It was here Peter used his negotiating skills to achieve an outcome much closer to the top of the forecast range than the initial offer. I am extremely pleased with the outcome.

We recently sold our property during COVID 19 lockdowns, we are aussies living in Singapore and had intended to get back to Australia to get the property ready for sale but restrictions put a stop to that.
