N & S Chehade Adelaide SA 5000 Reference for Paul McGrath In June 2017 we sold our house and we used Paul Mc Grath from McGrath Real Estate as our agent. The house was sold in 11 days for a very good price. I am writing this reference to give credit where credit is due. Paul is no doubt a good real estate agent and skilled in his job, but I thought what clearly stood out about him were four things. 1 Paul proved to be a trustworthy man and I could believe what he was saying to me. Trustworthiness and integrity are far more important than sales skill. 2 Paul genuinely worked for our family to get the best result. 3 Paul kept us in touch with all developments and the communication didn’t stop after the contract was signed. 4 You can’t fake genuineness.
