obviously the property sold and im very happy otherwise i wouldnt be writing this review. in fact im normally too lazy to write a review unless the service is so bad that i need to warn others from it, or its so good, this is the only way i can say thanks. i finally chose Anthony from S&L after going through 5 agents in total. Anthony on first encounter seemed like a genuine person, and was the only one focused on the house and how to sell the house, and how to get the best price for the house, rather than boasting about them selves or their past sales etc. another thing that assured me was that the whole company (stockdale and leggo) actually works together. theres no under table between agents. there no palming off or snatching from other agents for commission etc. everything was clear and upfront. no hidden surprises. Anthony was honest and hardworking the whole time. professional and honest. this was the most painless experience. and most the hassles were caused on my behalf and even then, Anthony was very professional and helped us through it. in summary if your looking for a agent thats honest, ethical (i know, hard to believe) from both buyer and seller point of view, Anthony from Stockdale and Leggo should be up there on your list
