He always kept me up to date and if I rang him and he wasn’t able to answer the phone, I would get a phone call from Phil soon after. Phil sold our house within 2 weeks which impressed us greatly. We had a few problems getting to the settlement date on our side but Phil kept everything on an even keel. I would recommend Phil to anyone who is looking for an agent to sell their. We had a tricky situation with the transition in the sense that we needed to sell our current home to move to Norman Park.
