I used Tammy Dale to sell our latest house after dealing with other numerous agents both buying and selling (8 in total) over the last 5 years. Tammy was recommended by a mutual friend who knew her personally. After interviewing 5 other agents agents I gave Tammy a call. An hour later I was signing the paperwork to give her the listing. Time was of the essence being end of year and a baby on the way, I had actually been in the same scenario 2 years prior and thought that sale went well, but Tammy was another level. Communication was phenomenal, answering the phone 9/10 times on my first attempted and returning my call within 10 minutes at most. Tammy followed my instructions to a T and was where she said she would be every time. I asked a lot of "dumb" questions, that other agents had barely given me understandable responses to, but Tammy, always, brought it down to my level so I understood everything. I was very tempted to use a purple bricks/gogecko agent because of past dealings and money to be saved. But Tammy not only exceeded what I thought I would have "saved" but turned a potential time drainer and stressful experience into what I can honestly say was the least stressful event of the end of year! I'm stubborn and opinionated, don't like wasting money or my time. Was dreading the sale, but the house has been handed over for a week now, and I still can't believe that real estate could be so professionally handled and stress free. Thanks Tammy.

After living at this home for 17 years, it was time to move on with a growing family and emotions were high. The property had so many offerings for future owners to either enjoy the spacious lawns and gardens, knock down and rebuild a new home, knock down and build 2 homes or renovate..... many of the agents we initially approached were looking at the easy option of valuing and conditioning us to "developers" wholesale pricing and not genuinely embracing the other suitable options that would obtain a higher price.
