Born and educated in Ireland, Oliver worked in hospitality management in London where he refined his skills for exceptional customer service. Sam joins the Position Property group with many years of experience under her wing. Sam has managed to always build great rapport with her owners, tenants and trades. Sam has great compassion and understands how life can throw curveball’s and is always there ready to happily help her clients. She strives to provide the best service and building on her relationships with her clients, will ensure that all parties are happy with the service they receive. Outside of work you will happily find her spending time with her 2 children and her family or see her rushing to children’s sport activities.

About Nicholas

Nicholas joined Position Property Real Estate when the new business commenced in the year 2000. Prior to this appointment, Nicholas gained enormous experience in sales and property management as he has been working in the real estate industry since 1990. He is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and was instrumental in getting the rent roll for Position Property Real Estate off the ground. Nick has built the property management business up to the strength that it has reached today. Nicholas is a good mentor to the rental team and constantly encourages them to strive for their ideals. The rental team attend regular property management seminars to update their knowledge of the industry.
