I was a little nervous about renting through a real estate agency again after previously renting privately, but the team has made the whole process so smooth and stress-free! I applied for the property within an hour of it being advertised and received a response within minutes to organise a viewing for just a couple of days later. The very next day after viewing, we received the exciting news that our application had been approved! The entire process was so quick and easy, which made such a difference. All the ladies we’ve dealt with so far have been absolutely lovely, friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are also responded to and scheduled promptly, which is really appreciated. Overall, we’ve had a really positive experience so far and are very happy with our decision. Thank you to the team for making what can be a stressful process such an easy and pleasant experience! 🏡❤️
