We have had a wonderful experience with our agent from the very beginning of our application process. She has been incredibly helpful, professional, and approachable every step of the way. Her communication has always been excellent, keeping us informed and responding promptly to any questions or concerns we had. What stood out most was her genuine willingness to assist and ensure that all our needs were attended to. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, always taking the time to explain things clearly and provide guidance whenever needed. We truly appreciate her dedication, patience, and outstanding customer service. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and supportive agent. Thank you for making our experience such a positive one!

On behalf of the family, I would like to thank you and the team for looking after our units for the last 15 years! The time has gone so quickly, but I remember spending the day interviewing three different agents and Mackay City Property came across as the most professional ... and then you backed it up, which you said you would do to provide quality management of our assets. And now the timing is right for us to move onto the next phase of life! Thank-you guys for coming into our lives and looking out for us. I sincerely wish you & the team good health, wealth and happiness for the future.

So again thank you for always going above and beyond for all your customers and clients. It's always a pleasure dealing with the team, they have helped me out with the sale of my home, and to more recently helping find my last couple of rentals. Fingers crossed they can help me find a house to buy in the next 6 months..
