About Sharon

Sharon maintains a management portfolio encompassing all suburbs of the greater Hobart area, giving her a very widespread knowledge base. She actively upholds a keen interest in the current market to ensure she is always up to date with the latest information and trends. With almost sixteen years experience in the real estate industry, Sharon has an acute understanding of the inner workings of a successful property management team and she became a licensed Real Estate Agent in 2018. Coming from a strong administration and accounts background, Sharon recognises the importance of being well organised and maintaining optimum levels of communication with all of her clients. Sharon understands and appreciates the significance of sustaining a positive and strong working relationship with owners and tenants alike - meaning you will always be kept informed of all important aspects relating to your investment. In addition managing a portfolio of investment properties, Sharon is also responsible for our accounts for our property management department across both our Hobart & Kingborough Rentals Offices.

About Mandy

Mandy's true focus is Property Management. It is her passion and her profession; and has been her one great love (outside of family!) for over 20 years. As one of the founding Partners/Directors of the Kingborough Rentals Branch, Mandy has been with the Raine & Horne Family for over 8 years. Mandy is considered to be one of Hobart's most experienced, and best regarded Property Management Professionals. She is well recognised by both her peers and clients as offering outstanding service and vast industry knowledge. As a resident of the picturesque Channel Region, Mandy's local connection and strong family values all project her towards a long and successful career within the ever changing Real Estate Industry.

Having lived in Hobart for most of her life and with over 25 years experience in real estate, Julie is well versed in all aspects of property management and has a sound knowledge of current market trends. With a “can do” hands on attitude, Julie’s approach is to treat all properties as if they were her own, whilst working with owners on maximising rental returns.

About Maggie

With over 8 years’ experience in the Real Estate industry, Maggie is known for her attention to detail, organisational skills and customer service skills. Although having spent most of her life in Hobart, her real estate career began in Queensland in 2016, where she quickly developed a reputation for her commitment to client satisfaction and attention to detail. In 2020 she applied her expertise in property management to Hobart where she has continued to thrive in Property Management. Outside of real estate, Maggie enjoys spending quality time with her partner and their two young children. Maggie also has a keen interest in gardening, which allows her to connect with nature and unwind from the demands of the industry.

Timely Communication and Reliable

Mandy was incredibly helpful not only through the application process, but leading up to moving and moving in. There were some blinds that needed replacing and unfortunately they were not ready by the time my lease began but Mandy was incredibly transparent about this and made sure to keep me updated and follow up with external parties when appropriate. Whenever I have a query about the property, Mandy is fast to answer my concerns. I would strongly recommend renting through Raine & Horne and with Mandy if you can!

Mandy Hedges was more professional, helpful and responsive.

What made Mandy stand out to me was her willingness to help and was always quick to respond to any enquiries. Mandy was honest, and professional when we interacted which I found refreshing. She went out of her way to provide a thorough virtual inspection of the property. I am grateful for Mandy’s patience and understanding when responding to any concerns I had.
