A lot of houses in our area sat on the market for 6 months ++ as they were radically overpriced and/or poorly marketed. Jenny marketed our property effectively, highlighting its unique and sale-able features to get great numbers at our opens and she also accommodated buyers who couldn't make it to the scheduled opens. Jenny was honest in her price evaluation with us and as a result, our property went on the market with a great marketing campaign (which also saw us get a feature page in our local newspaper!), a suitable pricing strategy to attract the right buyer, and we achieved the price expected within just 3 weeks. If you want your property sold, and not just for sale, then I would highly recommend Jenny to get the numbers through your doors, be realistic with you about a suitable marketing campaign and achievable sales price, and a contract you are happy with, fast!
