Bec joined the Property Management department as an administrator. She quickly progressed to a Property Manager and is now the head of our Property Management Department. Her role involves Business Development and managing a portfolio. Her bubbly personality makes her a great asset to our team. Bec has many years experience in Administration and Sales. She is also a qualified Beauty Therapist. Born in Perth, Western Australia, Bec made her way over to the east side of Australia, living in Melbourne for eight years. Whilst she loves the busy lifestyle of Melbourne, she made the journey across the Bass Strait with her family and has been living in Hobart for the past 13 years. When not at work, Bec enjoys a cheeky glass of wine for lunch, socialising and spending time with her family.

About Yolanda

Yolanda has worked in real estate for the past six years in residential property management as well as residential and commercial property sales. She is highly conscientious, with great planning and communication skills. Previously Yolanda has worked in the largest residential furniture manufacturer, which is also one of the high end lifestyle and furniture retailers in China for 8 years. She has extensive experience in building sophisticated lifestyle and tasteful home decoration. In addition, working in the Marketing Department enriched her skills in planning, presenting and communication. In line with Ray White’s philosophy - “never stop exploring” - Yolanda left the big cities and her beloved hometown and came to Tasmania ten years ago to explore the new possibilities. She completed her Master of Professional Accounting (specialising in Business Management) and decided to stay as she loves Hobart, its history and people. She believes the Real Estate Business is not only about the properties - it is far more about people. Real Estate offers great opportunities to meet different people, and it is this which appeals to her the most. In her spare time, she likes playing Badminton and she is quite competitive player. Photography is also the best time consuming activity she likes to do during her free times.

Professional property management

Bec has been amazing. I'm a first-time investment property owner and thought about self-managing. Bec has been thorough, responsive, friendly and so professional. I have a good tenant and my property is being looked after. I heard stories about agencies hiking up prices for trades and this has not been the case. The property needed a few repairs and quotes from Ray White's tradies have consistently been lower with excellent results. I would highly recommend Bec to manage a rental property.

Best Agent in Hobart

I have had my property with a couple of agencies in Hobart and Ray White have been far and away my favourite. Bec handles everything quickly and effortlessly and when I recently had my tenant move out she was able to source a new one for me straight away and I only had the property empty for one day!! I live interstate and feel very comfortable knowing my property is being well looked after.

Personalised and enthusiastic agency

I am very happy with Ray White managing my rental property. I first encountered the principal when I was looking to buy. Although I ended up buying through a different agent, I had been so impressed by my encounters with Ray White during my property search that I only contacted them when looking for a property manager. And it was the right decision. Bec MacGregor is a wonderful manager. She is actively involved in the property. I had some maintenance issues in the past year, and Bec worked incredibly hard to sort them out. She always goes above and beyond in everything that she does. I do not hesitate to recommend Ray White, whether you are selling your property or looking for a property manager.

Amazing Customer Service

Bec at Ray White is hands down the best property manager I have EVER worked with. I had the unfortunate timing of purchasing a house interstate requiring a major renovation when corona virus hit. Bec made a really stressful situation so much easier and was there to help in any way she could. I really couldn't have completed the reno without her and now we have the house rented with great tenants, earning a lot more rent than we anticipated all thanks to Bec. I couldn't recommend her and Ray White enough if you need a property manager! Sam at Ray White was always on hand to provide her market expertise putting me in touch with some great local trades people and providing me with important local information about the housing market. 10 start to Ray White Glenorchy!
