Agencies in Old Beach, TAS, 7017

From the very beginning, 4one4 has been absolutely wonderful to deal with. When we first looked at our new home, we all fell in love with it straight away. Of course, we were nervous about our cats, as we know not everyone is comfortable with pets in their properties, regardless of how clean and well cared for they are. Hannah was so lovely when we explained our concerns and immediately put our minds at ease. From that very first interaction, we felt welcomed and supported. The entire team at 4one4 has gone above and beyond to make sure we have settled in comfortably, and they have continued to check in with us to make sure everything is okay. Right from the beginning, it has been such a positive experience. The house was beautifully clean when we moved in. We genuinely didn't have to do a thing. We also picked up on something that needed fixing and had it sorted within the same week, which was fantastic. It has been so nice to settle into our new home without the stress and worries we have experienced in the past. We feel genuinely welcomed, respected and looked after. A huge thank you to the whole team at 4one4 for making the start of our new chapter such a positive one. We really appreciate everything you've done for us. 🙏❤️

Hannah has been a great communicator, with prompt replies, and great initiation.

We have rented a lot and can definitely say that 4one4 is one of the best. Really clear and prompt communication from the start. Helpful staff and very customer service focused. All the systems are digital for signing the lease etc. which is a huge plus as well. Thanks 4one4!

Stephanie has been amazing in assisting with purchase and then leasing my new property. Highly recommended!

Stephanie is incredibly professional. She made our home-buying process so much smoother by arranging the valuation, pre-purchase inspections, and more. Within a very short time, she also managed to rent out our property – a true one-stop solution. We highly recommend Stephanie for anyone needing a property leasing agent.

Stephanie has been great to work with from our very first interaction. She is knowledgeable but open to feedback and input. She listens and responds thoughtfully to all queries and concerns. We have had an excellent experience working with Stephanie and her team and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We dealt with Louise, Keely and Samantha at Fall whilst looking for the right rental. They were exceptional, knowledgeable, warm, flexible and so very professional. From the viewing to the contract signing we felt supported. I just cannot recommend them highly enough. They made a tough transition so much easier.

Their process of dealing is very smooth and everything went great.

We must say that Daniela & Kristy are very professional, amazing communicators, and extremely cooperative. We applied for a house in Tas from Adelaide, where we didn’t have the option to physically inspect the property. Kristy managed the walkthrough video very smoothly, which helped us to make our decision in one go. And Daniela, you are the best. She provided me with all the information we needed and picked up my calls several times a day with a positive smile and attitude. Lastly, both of them are very responsive with email communication and especially, timely communication. Just keep going! Wishing you both all the very best😊
