Since we bought our Investment units three years ago they have been managed by Ray White Mermaid Waters. Our Property Manager Heidi Andrews has given us Amazing service. Heidi always has our Best Interest at heart and deals very diplomaticly with our tenants. Heidi screens our new tenants well and we have not had a problem. As we are country landlords living 5 hours away it is very important to have a Property Manager who we can rely on to handle all aspects of Property Management and keep our tenants happy.
