Jay was professional from the beginning, guiding us through the process. His knowledge and experience is exceptional, we were blown away with the result of the sale. The way he adapted his approach during COVID lockdown proved incredibly successful. We can’t thank Jay enough!

We chose Jay Warnak to sell our house because of his unique knowledge of our area. The 5 week campaign (in and out of lockdown) was stress free and his courteous manner put us at ease. We appreciated the fact that he kept us informed all along the way and was able to get a fantastic result. We certainly recommend Jay to anyone thinking of selling.

With the task of selling our family home in Mount Waverley, we were faced with the challenge of finding a suitable agent in the area. Upon our first meeting with Courtney, we were encouraged by his market knowledge and his professional approach. Though out the campaign he and his team provided the right advice, and communicated well with weekly market updates. Our expectations were met with a great turn out on a successful auction day. Thanks Courtney to you and your professional team.

We are so glad to have been able to work with Jay and Jacky during the sale of our house which eventually landed us with a great outcome. They are both very hard-working and dedicated. We would be happy to work with them again in the future.
Jay Warnak
Knowledgeable, competent and personable estate agent who managed the sale of our property recently. More importantly, Nicholas saw both us as the vendor and the purchasers as people rather than just a sale making the working relationship for all a win-win situation. Can't recommend him any higher.

Jay has a great knowledge of the area. He worked very hard to ensure buyers and vendors to have all information we need. We followed Jay’s advice on our property and we have got a very successful outcome from an online auction. We were so happy. Thank you Jay and your great team.
