I have been in contact with Nicholas for a while before selling my house talking about the market situation. He called me one day and told me that the time was right to put the house on the market as he knew my expectation. He took control of everything and his reports on clients viewing were very objective. Despite few reasonable offers, he still believed that we could achieve better, and proved it.
