Nicholas was recommended to us by our broker. We liked that he also had the ability to also speak fluent Chinese, to assist with that pocket of the buyers market. The Covid19 restrictions began right after we signed up with him. It impacted inspections, auctions & house prices. We also liked that Ray White also had the option of online/video auctions available. Nicholas kept us up to date as the restrictions changed and was knowledgeable in how to sell our property regardless of the new restrictions. Despite these difficulties for the housing market, and the value of our house dropping due to Covid19, he still gave it 100% effort to sell our property for the best price possible.
