As a first time vendor selling a property in the most extraordinary circumstances (stage 3 and 4 lockdown), to say that I have to rely heavily on Jay and Ray White's expertise is an understatement. Jay was strategic in the way the campaign was handled and adapted very well to the COVID restrictions, my thanks to him and Zach for the extra hard work they have to put in to extract and maintain buyers interest throughout the protracted campaign. In the end, this translated to great bidding activity at the online auction and a fantastic sell price above the reserve.
