As a First Home Buyer, I lacked the experience, knowledge and felt anxiety when buying my first property. Nicholas was patient enough to answer my numerous queries back and forth during the few weeks before the auction and after. I had some bad experience with previous agents who couldn't be bothered to return my text or calls. Nicholas is truly a shining example in this industry. Keep up the good work Nicholas.

We entrusted our family home to Courtney to sell and we were not let down. We had total faith in his knowledge of the local real estate market and he negotiated a excellent price for our house. He is honest and trustworthy and I would recommend him in the process of buying and selling.

Courtney was extremely knowledgeable about the area, the market and expectations on my property. He was very patience, respectful, calm and I felt secure in his care. Courtney knew I had two previous failed auctions and terrible experiences with previous agents; that I was hesitant and somewhat reserved. He didn't try to bamboozle me into making any decisions I didn't want to make; I didn't feel forced into doing anything. He took his time, I saw he had care and I truly felt like he genuinely cared for me and the outcome. His efforts during the marketing campaign were highly professional, thorough and regular. On the day of the auction I had full faith in him and he proved himself to be magnificent in his efforts to get a great price and not give up on me. My level of gratitude to Courtney and his team is extremely high. I don't usually write reviews, however I needed to share the excellence of Courtney. Thank you Courtney …. you had my back and I felt truly supported.

Our experience with Nicholas has been nothing short of amazing. Not only is he hardworking, professional and knowledgeable but he’s a delightful person and made the whole experience of both buying and selling actually quite enjoyable! We feel truly lucky to have had him alongside us all the way through the process of selling our home and appreciated the way he kept us involved and included in all decisions whilst never pressuring or pushing us to do anything we didn’t want to do. Nicholas also assisted us greatly in finding and purchasing our new home and for this we will forever be thankful. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell. One hundred percent!

Excellent Market insight, brilliant communication skills, extremely punctual. Extremely helpful regarding how to get our home ready for sale. Being the auctioneer he knew who was really interested in the property on Auction Day. Exceeded all expectations. 10/10 go on give him a go - you wont be disappointed.

I have known Courtney for a few years now. He is the only agent I approach when I want to sell a property. He has knowledge of the market, is honest and transparent, thinks about the vendor’s best interests, and works hard to get the best price for your house. Overall a nice and trustworthy person. Courtney sold our property and got us a price that we were expecting.
