Nicholas presented a good image for Ray White. He was always friendly and professional in his dealings with us. He worked extremely hard to achieve an outcome that we were more than happy with, particularly given the state of the market.

Courtney is an experienced operator who was able to adapt to these challenging times. We appreciated his guidance, and wise council, as he navigated us through the ever changing rules culminating in a pleasing sale.

Jay was a great agent nothing was any trouble for him, always available when needed. We found him very friendly and worked hard to get the best for us.

Jay was an absolute pleasure to work with and managed to sell our property successfully through an online auction. He is passionate, professional and has excellent knowledge of the housing market and communicated several times daily leading up to the sale of our property. I am fully recommending Jay Warnak from Ray White at Mount Waverley to all persons who are looking at selling properties in the area.

Nicholas has extensive knowledge of the market, is very professional and efficient, could not be happier with our result.

When we decided to sell our home in Mount Waverley, we met with several real-estate agencies and interviewed their teams. We chose Ray White Mount Waverley almost solely on the basis of what we saw that Nicholas brought to the table. First and foremost is his work ethic. He takes great pride in his work. He has the skills and techniques to stay focused and organised while undoubtedly juggling multiple properties at the same time. He has close ties to the communities in his area which is invaluable. He is very sincere and is able to speak plainly with both vendors and buyers alike. During the entire process, his advice was helpful and he listened to our thoughts without judgement. He was prompt with keeping us up to date with what was happening and was quick to respond if we had a question or two. Of course there is always a bit of luck involved, but no stone was left unturned when it came to following up all leads and potential buyers. Everything was done to maximise our chances on auction day and we got an excellent result. No one who works with Nicholas would ever say that he doesn’t do his absolute best for them and we can recommend him without reservation.

Courtney was great throughout the entire process. Out of all the agents we’ve met through the purchase of our first home , Courtney was relaxed, open and honest. At no point did we feel pressured as some agent’s make people feel and there was a great mutual respect from the word go. Thanks so much for everything.

We consulted Zachary months before we even picked him. He was always available and gave us great advice, along with answering our numerous questions. This was even before we signed him up to be our agent. He was very realistic, worked tirelessly, provided immediate feedback, and more than anything didn't come across like a used car salesman. Very professional. Not only did we sell within 2 weeks of being on the market, he delivered on price. Now sold we even ask him for advice on places we're looking to buy. He even gave us advice on mortgage brokers and lawyers. More than just an agent. We highly recommend Zachary.

What I like about Courtney is that I can rely on his professionalism, confidence and honesty. I know how hard sometimes sales campaign can be, it’s always not easy, however, I’ve never felt pushed with my decisions and felt a full support from the agent side. As a result, we have achieved the great price! Thank you very much to Courtney and his team at Ray White MW!

In the sale of our house, Nicholas Richards went above and beyond in all aspects. The effort he put into marketing means that all potential buyers saw the property. He was professional, incredibly hardworking and a pleasure to work with.

Jay was a pleasure to deal with in what potentially may have been a stressful period. His enthusiastic personality and knowledge of the current market ensured all meetings we had, which were many, were transparent and illuminating. No question asked was too naive and this played a major role in the whole experience being an adventure rather than a chore. Jay displayed a genuine interest in our requests and was able to organise the auction at the last minute. Ray White have an ace in Jay.
