Nicholas was very honest and well presented. Great knowlege of Mount Waverley area.
Nicholas know the real-estate market in Mount Waverley. He communicated with me twice a week on the campaign. We also had two meetings at the office for a review.The marketing package Nicholas suggested was money well spent. I would recommend anyone using Nicholas and the Ray White team to listen to there recommendation through the campaign and you will get a good result. They are also very honest with what your home is valued at and they give a 100% to get you a better result.

Jay, along with his sales partner Eric Liu, put together one of the best run sales campaigns I have been involved in. Jay worked tirelessly throughout my campaign, hosting countless private inspections for potential buyers, maintaining constant and strong dialogue with interested parties both domestically and overseas, as well as facilitating significant media exposure. I always knew how my campaign was tracking, who was interested and where they saw value. The process could not have been more transparent. All of Jay and Eric's hard work resulted in a strong sale under the hammer, with over 120 people in attendance.
