Nick lack of communication especially direct inspection bypassing us as owner truly disappointed ! The excuse was someone was given short notice and hence he cant reach us. Given he has our email, whatapps, phone number and etc, still bypassing us for inspection. We don't feel being respected as customer.

I took my property off the market after an unsuccessful sales campaign with another agent and although I wanted to sell, I dreaded having to go through the process again. Jay understood my concerns; he contacted me only when necessary, no fluffy sales talk, just straight forward details and advice. He sold my property within one month; without an advertising campaign; during the end of year school holidays AND at a higher price than previous agent quoted. Not many agents can top that!
