Nick is the man!
When the auction finished we really thought we are going to leave this property on the market for a while, but Nick attended our house in the evening like a super hero with a signed contract. That’s the real estate agent we are talking about! He tried his best to convince a potential customer become a real customer. We sold that house in a reasonable price and much better than the final offer in the auction. Highly recommend this guy!

Excellent experience

A Ton of Effort from Nick's Team Makes A God Mode Experience for Customer
The journey was tough because of the market environment but Nick's team made us feel like nothing to be worry about. The confidence we gained are from the great market knowledge, the ability of research, the well planned sales activities / strategic and the enormous customer network / database they have! Their communication is so good and efficient that we never felt out of date or too much information. And most of all, they helped us achieve the "mission impossible" target! We were so glad that we chose Nick's team to sell our property!

Efficient, fair and reasonable
We found Courtney assisted us fairly, reasonably and efficiently during negotiation up to signing the document. He is also quick in responding. Our settlement is still on the way, but we are satisfied and comfortable with the way he has done for us so far. Thank you so much.

Professional and friendly property agent
Hard working, friendly and easy to approach. Living next door to the inspection house he was selling. I never seen an agent that organize so many house inspection, I guess he went out and beyond to make sure as much buyer as possible to achieve the best outcome. Highly recommended,

From our first meeting Jay inspired me with his friendliness and confidence in selling my home for a good price.
