Michelle was absolutely exceptional from start to finish & went far beyond what we ever expected

Michelle genuinely cared about obtaining the very best result for us. She went out of her way to ensure the house looked immaculate.- From organizing a maintenance person to carry out some minor repairs, to employing a couple to freshen and groom the house to perfection before the new owners took possesion I was very impressed with her knowledge of the market. Michelle gave us regular updates on interested parties, and gave us excellent advice on suitable pricing for the current market What really stood out for us was that nothing seemed like too much trouble, and she was always willing to go the extra mile. Her hard work, dedication and attention to detail made such a difference, and we were incredibly grateful for all she did for us We honestly could not recommend Michelle highly enough. Michelle is THE expert when it comes to Over 50's resort real estate on Bribie Island. .

Michelle went above and beyond to help us achieve our goal of purchasing the right property in the right resort on Bribie Island. Her knowledge of the market is comprehensive, her experience vast and her friendly, caring personality made the daunting task of buying a new home easy. Michelle had the answers to all the technical questions in relation to the building as well as the entire resort and how it functions. She is also patient and understanding of this issues that older purchasers may face and we felt understood and supported on a personal level, as well as professionally, at all times.
