We are situated on the fringe of the shopping strip, allowing easy parking and access for our strong buyer and rental enquiry in Umina Beach and the Peninsula area. The Richardson & Wrench Umina Beach team are all long standing local residents of the Peninsula and believe in the traditional principles of “good old fashioned service” with determination, honesty & integrity. No issue was too big or too small and everything was done quickly and thoroughly.

I don't live in the area so I relied on Scott to handle just about everything. He handled all issues promptly and thoroughly, including liaising with solicitors, strata managers, and aircon repairs amongst others. There was a smoke alarm inspection after my tenant had moved out and Scott found time to let them into the unit I was selling for the inspection. Scott constantly kept me up to date with calls and text messages. His market knowledge helped us to sell even though the market was cooling. Scott is very professional and I highly recommend him to anyone thinking of selling.

Good communicator that made us feel comfortable during the whole buying process

Really happy with my experience dealing with Francois. He was always easy to get hold of, quick to respond and kept me updated throughout. He was upfront that he was acting for the seller, but at the same time he listened to my side of things, was fair and realistic during the negotiations. I never felt like things were made more complicated than they needed to be. Overall, Francois was professional, approachable and just easy to deal with. He made the whole buying process pretty straightforward, which I really appreciated. Happy to recommend him.
