Mine is a long and protracted story, familiar to somewhere I initially selected the wrong real estate agents... twice. I believed their self promoting hype only to realise that they didn't know the market and quickly lost my trust. I did the research and called in R&W. Right from the outset Scott displayed confidence, there was no wild expectations set and Scott delivered what he said he would. Potential buyers at open homes were followed-up the same afternoon (this was a new experience) and I could expect a detailed briefing before cob. My property had been on the market too-long courtesy of the two previous two agents so this was not going to be an easy sell for Scott but he pulled it off and got me the elusive sale within 6-weeks. The post sale process has been professionally managed with regular updates from Scott. In summary, I can't recommend Scott highly enough.
