Great agent and great result.
Scott provided us with a great result within three weeks of listing our property. Sale price was on the higher side of the range Scott thought we could achieve. My wife and I were well satisfied by our association with Francois Duverge in our search for a property in which to make a new home on the Central Coast. We had looked at a number of new houses and units in our target: the southern end of the Central Coast. We were beginning to lose hope of finding a place suitable for downsizing near our children and grandchildren. All bedrooms in new residences are unworkably cramped. Francois broadened his search to include older homes on a more generous scale and maintained contact. Thanks to his perseverance he was able to show us a property meetin our requirements and in a desirable locality. We thank him for his help in finding us a new home.
