My wife and I were well satisfied by our association with Francois Duverge in our search for a property in which to make a new home on the Central Coast. We had looked at a number of new houses and units in our target: the southern end of the Central Coast. We were beginning to lose hope of finding a place suitable for downsizing near our children and grandchildren. All bedrooms in new residences are unworkably cramped. Francois broadened his search to include older homes on a more generous scale and maintained contact. Thanks to his perseverance he was able to show us a property meetin our requirements and in a desirable locality. We thank him for his help in finding us a new home.

We recently purchased our first property, and Rachel was a dream agent. She was readily accessible throughout the transaction, and kept us updated at each stage. She was willing to provide access to servicemen prior to us possessing keys, really professional and responsive in adjusting to appropriate protocol given the current coronavirus. We looked at a lot of houses, interacted with a lot of agents, and almost bought a property prior to this one where the agent appeared to be engaging in some dodgy sales tactics. I'm so glad that when we look back on the experience of buying our first home Rachel really made every effort to make the whole process so pleasant and easy. We only have the one transaction to go off, but we wouldn't hesitate in recommending her to buyers or sellers. This industry needs more lovely people like Rachel, who do a great job and go about it in ethical, professional and nice ways.
