Marissa brings to the Ross Team experience within the Property Management industry. Marissa has developed skills throughout her time in Real Estate to seamlessly fit in and complete relevant tasks associated with her role. Marissa enjoys the diversity of the role within the Property Management Department. Marissa believes that ‘No two days are the same, there is always something different to work on each day, allowing her to think on her feet and action tasks quickly’. Marissa’s position as Assistant Property Specialist allows her to continue to build on her skills whilst providing a superior level of support to her property Specialist and a personal level of service to our clients and Tenants. Stacey has recently joined our office and came with experience in the Real Estate Industry. She prides herself with exceptional customer service and attention to detail and believes that she has developed this skill from working 9 years as a Beauty Therapist. With great attention to detail and team work capability Stacey looks forward to working with both clients and tenants to ensure a great outcome every time. Building solid relationships with clients, Stacey has excelled throughout her career with honesty and reliability. These two assets are highly valued here at Ross Real Estate. In her spare time Stacey enjoys spending quality time with her 1 year old baby girl and enjoys going fishing with her family.

Joining Ross Real Estate in 2012 Megan started on the front desk as the receptionist whilst undergoing a traineeship in Property management. At 23, Megan is now in the Property Management department assisting the Property Specialists with their everyday roles and occasionally helping out on reception. Megan has now almost completed her certificate III in property management and will continue to work alongside the property specialists to help make every tenant and owner experience only the highest quality service from the Ross Real

Jaymie brings to Ross Real Estate 14 years experience working in the Real Estate Industry. Jaymie has experience in residential rentals, boutique rentals, community housing, commercial rentals, rural rentals and construction/development leasing. She has a sound knowledge and understanding of the local market, with 10 years of her experience spent here in Townsville. Jaymie’s passion is studying and practicing the legislation and regulation of Residential Tenancies Rooming and Accommodation Act and is always looking for ways to extend her knowledge on this topic. Jaymie pays particular attention to detail and customer service, she has previously owned and operated her own cleaning, rubbish removal and repairs business. Jaymie has also been an independent property specialist consultant for rural real estates. Jaymie enjoys spending time with her children in her downtime.
