Throughout the whole process we were kept up to date about every aspect, from marketing, inspections, feedback, offers and sensible recommendations, with updates on anything and everything up to settlement. With Shanti and Ben you could tell it’s not just a job, they have a real passion for what they do and it’s not just about real estate, it’s about people. They strive hard to bring two parties together, making both parties feel like winners in a seamless and positive way. The amazing thing about our sale was that my wife and I were away out west, tending to sick family member throughout virtually the entire process, so we actually never got to meet Shanti in person.
