Dealt with Paul on the purchase of my current property and can only speak highly of his professionalism. The process was straight forward and relatively easy. Paul was in regular communication through out the process and even a number of months after the purchase I have been able to go back to him with any questions about the property and he has always been helpful. As I have dealt with Paul now on the sale of my property and the purchase of my current home I would have to say that I prefer working with him as the seller and have him negotiating the best deal for the sale of my property rather than negotiating against him as a buyer.
