We found Paul to be very professional in his approach, knowledgable in his field and supportive to our needs at the time. He always kept us up to date with the sale process, gave good advice but we never felt pressured to either take his advice or to do something that we did not want to. may I also add that I found his assistant likewise professional in his approach to our needs. My only criticism (if I can call it that) is that when Paul called on the phone he always seemed to be in a hurry.
