Sale of Property
We were about to sign with another agent when we saw an advert in Real Estate World for Peter Taranto Real Estate. Rang Paul and by early that afternoon he was at our place with Michael. Within 24 hours he presented to us a concise portfolio of our property's' sales history/ownership and detailed information relating to the sale of our property. This showed us his organisational skills and the committed team he has working alongside him. Paul's communication skills were outstanding. His professional attitude, experience, and knowledge was evident in the passion he has for his job. We cannot recommend Paul and his team highly enough. In a market (august 2015)that no-one really can begin to give an accurate appraisal Paul was willing to work alongside us in getting the optimum price for our property. Purchase Process
The property was well presented with good explanation of the details. The purchase progressed quickly with a timely flow of information from Paul. Maintaining communication between vendor and purchaser solicitors, vendor, builder and purchaser was aptly and promptly managed by Paul. Particularly appreciated was the linking of settlement timing of the sale of my previous house with the purchase of the new and the arrangement of early entry to the new. At all times Paul was easy to contact and quick to initiate action.

Sale Process
Given the difficult conditions of rapidly escalating sale prices and the influence and demands of the nearby Sydney market, Paul's market appraisal was well referenced, realistic and informative on the proposed marketing strategy, with all costs detailed and explained. Advise on preparing the house for sale was thorough and the sale process decided on commenced quickly. Feedback on the open day inspections was immediate and within a short time there were a number of interested potential buyers. The negotiating by Paul was particularly effective in obtaining a secure and competitive sale price with a realistic settlement date. At all times Paul was proactive, easy to contact and an effective and timely communicator.
