When selling our property through another real estate agency, the best word describing the experience would be "Disappointing" however, when purchasing our present property through "The Agency" - Tori, our experience was very pleasing and professional. I only wish I had used The Agency to both sell and purchase since Tori provided the very essential information my wife and I needed during this transaction.
