We had our Brisbane investment property managed by two other significantly sized real-estate agencies and had constantly felt let down in terms on their availability to address any issues or managing tenants expectations to the point where the tenants started to reach out to us directly to get more traction in having their concerns addressed, to the point where our tenants decided to break the lease and move elsewhere. The property had not been marketed well enough to achieve market rates even and I was being advised to drop the rental rate much below if I need to secure a tenant. It was only after a few months that we had been contacted by Tiana and offered her services to manage our investment property for us.
