Overall we were quite satisfied ....... but if to be honest the price on our home at the start of marketing was way to high other than that pretty good.
Very pleased with the professionalism and attitude of Charlie. Upfront, honest and provides detailed feedback from potential buyers. I would recommend and use her again for another sale.

We are so grateful to Charlie for selling our home of 20 years so easily. We were worried as it was an older and smaller home that it wouldn't sell but after 3 days Charlie sold it. Her advice and honesty we were grateful for. I would and have been recommending Charlie to friends and I have a friend that changed to Charlie and sold her house in just a few days.
To sell a property you need to have realistic, factual information about how a sale of your property is likely to happen. Charlie was able to provide this advice in the first instance and was quick to adjust to the situation as the sale progressed. She only did the advertising which we thought appropriate for the property and its location. Negotiations with prospective purchases were carried out effectively and enabled a sale to be made. She probably deserves a bottle of Wine as a Bonus! Thanks - John Collins
