We were very happy with Lauchlan and the team at Hocking Stuart Armadale. He has an intimate knowledge of the local area and is the area expert for Apartments and Terrace housing in the Armadale and Prahran areas. We have no hesitation recommending him to others and would happily use him again. Job well done..

I found Lauchlan Waterfield at all times to be friendly, courteous and professional in his approach when selling my property. He was punctual, reliable and very helpful and made a stressful time somewhat easy to negotiate. I was familiar with his auctioneering abilities as he had sold my neighbors property last year also, so I has every confidence that he was the right Real Estate Agent to sell my property! I can not recommend Lauchlan Waterfield highly enough, he is terrific at his job and has a lovely personality as well! :)

Lauchlan was extremely helpful after a few bumps in the campaign, we were able to get a successful result, which I am extremely satisfied with. I would recommend to anyone who asks!!!
