Grace started in sales admin before moving into leasing at another Harcourts office. From there, she built her own portfolio from the ground up, growing it to 180 properties, before relocating to Hervey Bay and managing a further 170. Now settled in Mackay, and she's brought that wealth of hands-on experience with her every step of the way. Meet Tara Astfalck, Property Manager at Harcourts MackTown, who brings more than 32 years of property management experience across Mackay and the surrounding districts, having commenced her career in real estate in 1994. In that time she has overseen rental departments and managed large portfolios throughout the region. Her strengths are efficiency, organisation and a genuine dedication to the owners and tenants she looks after, underpinned by a thorough working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008 and the RTA's requirements, including the reforms that have reshaped Queensland tenancies in recent years. Tara manages every aspect of a tenancy from start to finish, and takes real pride in maintaining her clients' investment properties to the highest standard. Tara has built genuine, long-standing relationships with many of her clients over the years, and it means the world to her. The referrals she receives from current and previous clients are a testament to the trust she's built over three decades in the industry, and she's always happy to welcome new clients.
