Overview of Bardon, QLD, 4065

Alex was excellent to deal with! Great communication and follow up which made applying for a rental, which can be a painful process, an easy one 🤩

Very responsive, organised, friendly and efficient. I have another property managed by Image Property so having the same high standard of management for this property was important. The process commenced after I had a contract on the property and continued through settlement including organising some repairs to ensure the property was presented as well as possible to secure a high quality tenant without delay. Within 1.5 weeks all property repairs were completed, numerous open homes were held and a high quality tenant was secured. Dependable and highly professional service that I recommend to anyone else.

Alex provided us a video of the property on request (as we are from Melbourne), then Lianna was lovely to deal with once our application was accepted. It was a seamless process.

Kept me informed every step of the way.

The agent was efficient and professional, making the rental process smooth and quick. They were very helpful and informative throughout, and I would happily recommend Space Property to others.

SPACE Property Paddington surpassed my expectations with their impressive rental market knowledge and experience, as well as their excellent customer service. Lynette, Grace and Lianna worked seamlessly as a team as they achieved results. At all times, I had confidence that advice was based on informed, market decisions. Where an alternative agency was unable to deliver results over 30+ days of advertising, Lynette Spann and her team found quality tenants in less than 7 days. I highly recommend SPACE Property Paddington!

The Space Property team made moving in a breeze. We viewed the property and signed the lease within a few hours. We also were able to move in the next day. I love that we can use Rentals Rewards and the online inspection was so easy. Lianna went to so much detail to record the inventory in a fully furnished property. Felt so confident and comfortable noting the condition was recorded exactly is. Thanks team!

I was lucky enough to deal with Nikita when my housemates and I recently secured a new rental property. She made the process so easy and was very easy to communicate with via phone and email. She was able to answer all of our questions promptly and accommodate all of our needs. We highly recommend Nikita and the Space Property Team!

All the team are always great to work with, no matter the circumstances. I was originally with another company and changing to Raywhite Ashgrove has been a very positive experience. Keep up the good work.

I recently had my investment property leased through Image Property West End. The entire experience was outstanding. The team was proactive, professional, and incredibly efficient. Communication was clear and consistent from start to finish, and they kept me fully updated throughout the leasing process. They presented high-quality applicants, secured a great tenant quickly, and handled everything with attention to detail. Highly recommend Image Property to anyone looking for a reliable and results-driven property management team.
