Jess was a pleasure to work with throughout the leasing process. Warm, friendly, and highly professional, she took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and never rushed us into accepting the wrong tenant. Instead, she carefully matched us with the perfect tenant for our apartment. Jess also identified and resolved issues we were unaware of, providing valuable advice and support along the way. She stepped into a challenging situation after a previous property manager had let us down. Her respect, transparency, and commitment to keeping us updated made all the difference. A genuine joy to work with.
