Making a big long distance move to Townsville with our family came with plenty of moving parts, so having an agency that communicated so well throughout the entire process made such a difference. Knowing we were relocating from a long way away, I received a genuine “Welcome to Townsville” along with recommendations for things to see and do with our family, places to explore, where to find the best coffee and even some date night suggestions! Rachel, has been nothing short of amazing. Her communication and dedication has been absolutely outstanding. Although Rachel has a very large portfolio of properties that she manages, I always feel like mine are at the top of her priority list. This has been very evident with how she has managed this particular property, where we have had a number of maintenance and tenancy issues, along with the transition from first national to Harcourts when the merger accrued. As a landlord who does not live in this location, it only ever takes a quick email or phone call and things are put into action. I have found it remarkable how contactable Rachel is, to the point that I have suggested that she needs to find a hobby. Thanks Rach, you have been outstanding.
