Overview of Bushland Beach, QLD, 4818

The team at Belle property are elite , They absorb alot of the stress that can come from owning an investment property . Our wonderful property manager Jazmin always keeps us up to date, shes professional and we trust her judgement . Belle properties staff are their greatest asset and you can rely on them to get the tricky jobs done.

Fantastic communication right from the start, to viewing the property, to the application process, always keeping busy updated with every single process.

Alycia (Aly) provided the expert local insight we needed to get our property tenanted in record time. Alycia stands out because she doesn't just list a property; she strategizes. Her responsiveness was incredible—she was quick to introduce herself and kept us updated daily. Her market knowledge was clearly demonstrated when she advised us on the specific rental climate in Townsville, suggesting a competitive entry price while proactively identifying that adding air conditioning would be the key to securing a long-term, quality tenant. She was incredibly patient as we weighed up our options with the builder versus her own trades, and her efficiency meant we had a signed tenancy agreement far sooner than we expected. If you want a property manager who is proactive rather than reactive, Alycia is the one.

Ingrid has been excellent from start to finish which has ensured that the process from viewing to completion of lease has been one of transparency, clear communication and ease which provided piece of mind. I would highly recommend Harcourts Kingsberry Townsville.

I rented my property through Harcourts Kingsberry Townsville recently. They found a quality tenant for me very quickly. They have also been very responsive and proactive with maintenance required. Would recommend without hesitation.

We’ve had such a positive experience with this agency and would happily give them 5 stars. From the very beginning, communication has been fantastic - clear, consistent and responsive. Making a big long distance move to Townsville with our family came with plenty of moving parts, so having an agency that communicated so well throughout the entire process made such a difference. What really stood out though, was the human touch. Knowing we were relocating from a long way away, I received a genuine “Welcome to Townsville” along with recommendations for things to see and do with our family, places to explore, where to find the best coffee and even some date night suggestions! It was such a small gesture, but when you’re moving your whole family somewhere completely new, those little things mean a lot. That level of thoughtfulness is unmatched. Everyone we have dealt with has also been genuinely lovely, professional and helpful. When I went into the office to collect our keys, I may have accidentally done a little eavesdropping 😂 and overheard a few conversations between the team and other tenants. What stood out was that the same warmth and respect we had experienced was exactly how they interacted with everyone else too. It was clearly genuine. It’s incredibly refreshing to deal with an agency that combines professionalism, great communication and genuine care for the people they work with. They made what could have been a really stressful part of a huge move feel smooth and welcoming, and we are incredibly grateful. An easy 5 stars from us - highly recommend!

We had previously had our investment managed by another company and there seemed to be non stop issues. Helen Munro were recommended to us so we swapped property management. We couldn't be happier to date and fondly enough a lot of the previous issues have been rectified due to HM Pro Active management.

Amazing agency, old school agent, who offers personal touches when sourcing the right home with the right tenants. You're not just a tick flick at the door when conducting an inspection.

We are a new investor in the area and couldn't be happier with their service and help.

Melissa Thomson was very helpful and very professional. She was very patient, always available and happy to answer my queries.

We're only starting our journey with Century 21 Aaron Moon Realty. So far we cannot give them a good or bad review.

Great communicators, light years ahead of our last managers.
