Belle Property went well and beyond what I have ever experienced with a Real Estate and the same as friends I’ve told about my experience. We have been renting through them for 2 years already and when we had to move due to the owners wanting to sell urgently, it was a frustrating and difficult time as tenants. Karina, our agent was amazing, professional, considerate of the situation we were in and found us another property so timely and perfect for us. The transition was much smoother than the daunting and rushed really I had initially felt. The ease of our worrying was 100% due to Belle. Two very happy tenants!

Moving to Townsville was challenging for us at first. Since we were new to the area, many of the rental properties we applied for were declined. However, when we visited the Harcourts office, the team was very helpful and suggested that we apply for a few properties that had fewer applications. Following their advice, we applied for one of the properties and after the inspection we received great news within 3 to 4 days that our application was approved. Our property manager Bree has been amazing very helpful, professional, and supportive throughout the process. We are really grateful for the assistance we received. We highly recommend Harcourts to anyone looking for a rental property. Their team genuinely tries to help and guide you through the process.

Trina, Margaret and the team helped me and my family so much. Our first rental property with Helen Munro wanted to sell the property so we had to look for another rental.
