Moving to Townsville was challenging for us at first. Since we were new to the area, many of the rental properties we applied for were declined. However, when we visited the Harcourts office, the team was very helpful and suggested that we apply for a few properties that had fewer applications. Following their advice, we applied for one of the properties and after the inspection we received great news within 3 to 4 days that our application was approved. Our property manager Bree has been amazing very helpful, professional, and supportive throughout the process. We are really grateful for the assistance we received. I am an interstate Landlord and I ended up with the best realestate Agent being Harcourts. Without naming and shaming my past agent in Townsville who left my property in the worst state that the property could not be leased out - Harcourts took over the management and without questions managed the property from garden to house repairs within weeks the property was back on the market for a new tenant. Within 48hrs they found a tenant. I couldn’t do or be able to manage without Harcourts. The best professional Team I have ever encountered and knowing I can trust a team without me being in town is a wonderful privilege.
