We recently had to relet the property after our previous tenant exited early, and Georgia’s speed in securing another tenant was unbelievable. She made what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth, simple, and well managed. Georgia kept us informed every step of the way, clearly explaining what was happening and making the transition between tenants easy. Her communication, professionalism, and efficiency have been outstanding. If you need someone to manage your property in the Townsville area, I cannot recommend Georgia highly enough.
