Rachel would have to be the best property manager i have ever had. Any issues she is onto it quick smart. Replies outside of work hours and makes you feel like a friend rather then a client.

Excellent support from Connie and the team. Proactive communication, quick to respond and hands-on support to provide information, updates and any relevant information.

Belle property are very professional. We like our regularly send updates, including inspection videos. All requests for repairs are handled well. Timely communication. Calls always returned promptly and emails responded to quickly.

Bree and the team are always happy to help. They made the process quick, simple and seamless. We told them what we needed in a house and they gave us options and we had an approval fast. Signing documents and how to make payments and when was clear. They were also happy to answer any questions or concerns we had.

The rental management team were a pleasure to work with. From the moment I was advised the house I was renting was going to be sold vacant, the team helped me find a new place to rent. Communications between myself and the rental management team was professional and personal to my needs. I was kept up to date with e-mails, txt messages and phone calls.

So easy to deal with, proffesional, efficient and thorough in their work.

Harcourts were super friendly, fast and had excellent communication in relation to my recent search for a rental property.

There's room for improvement. Overall the experience was good. Communication is good. Just took a while to find the right tenant, no fault of the real estate agency. Have the tenant in, I think and haven't heard from the real estate.

I have always found everyone at Belle Property friendly and helpful. Aly our property manager has guided us through some tricky situations with ease and always a happy demeanour. Nothing is too hard and Aly and the team at Belle always complete whatever is needed with minimal fuss and in a short time frame. Cannot thank them enough for looking after us.
