Emmy was very responsive when the current tenant wanted to break their lease. Emmy quickly provided applications which I was able to vet for suitability. The result was that the property was rented well before the lease was due to end and within a few weeks of notification which saved the exiting tenant time and money. The property was then rented at the current market value with minimal disruption and financial loss to all parties.
