We'd applied for a particular rental property - the latest of many applications since January - and once again missed out. Donna then brought our attention to a similar property near by that had recently become available. Expedited the application process and had it approved within 24 hours. Knowing how to connect the right people is what estate agents are meant to do but it's sadly lacking in many cases. Not with Kingsbury. We're happy, the owners (hopefully) are happy and we're looking forward to moving in.

Georgia from Harcourts Kingsberry Townsville has been our property manager since we purchased our property, and she has been excellent throughout the entire process. We recently had to relet the property after our previous tenant exited early, and Georgia’s speed in securing another tenant was unbelievable. She made what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth, simple, and well managed. Georgia kept us informed every step of the way, clearly explaining what was happening and making the transition between tenants easy.
